Although we do a lot of residential work, we are also certified to perform roofing for commercial areas. We service properties like shopping centers, facilities, schools, small businesses, and more!
We do not install "cookie cutter" roof systems. We take the time to listen to each building owner, determine their needs and specify the best roof system specifically for each building and roof section.
EPDM Rubber Roofing
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used in low-slope buildings. EPDM roofs are also extremely energy efficient. An EPDM roof reflects the sun’s heat, especially the roofs designed for residential use, saving the homeowner considerably on air conditioning costs. EPDM can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives, or specially formulated tape.
TPO Rubber Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply reflective roofing membrane made from polyprophylene and ethylene-propylene rubber polymerized together. A TPO roofing membrane has been specifically engineered to have the advantages of a rubber roof, combined with hot – air weldable seams for additional durability. TPO membranes take the best features from its direct competitors EPDM and PVC, while offering an innovative, energy-efficient and cost-effective roofing solution.
Commercial Roof Maintenance
The best way to avoid roof-related problems and strengthen weather resistance is through regular care and preventive maintenance. Proper maintenance also extends the life of a roof and will prevent surprising replacement costs in the future.
The frequency of inspections for routine maintenance depends on several factors, including the age of the roof, recent weather events, and rooftop foot traffic. We'll be sure to go over this with you when we propose our maintenance plan.
